  I don't often turn to the power of social media to rant about poor service but today I feel that I have been treated shockingly by the staff at Specsavers Lanark turned up for my appointment for my two Kids, aged 6 & 3 for their very first eye test. I was informed that there was no appointment on their system and that my 2 children were not even registered with them. What is so bad is that I had been there 3 weeks ago for my own eye test and made the appointment at that time. I pointed out to the young lady that it was her that had made the appointment. Rather than make a scene in front of my children I left the opticians with 2 distraught children. If I could I would attach a photo of my appointment card just so you know I should have been your priority and not the other people you double booked into my slot!!!!!!

  Been going for years now to the Lanark branch. Staff are so polite and knowledgeable. Always get a warm welcome. I would recommend this team to friends and family.
